When you run your own business, things can get stressful sometimes (that might be the understatement of the century). I don’t know if it’s because I’m just SUPER blessed, but I feel that I have had my share of really hard-to-please-clients. Over the years, as I have learned from the school of hard knocks, I have been able to predict and prevent problems by taking my customer service up a notch.
I am definitely not perfect at this, and as my business is rapidly growing, things can fall through the cracks, but having a game plan for getting clients to return again and again is key for the longevity of any business. It’s also part of the fun of being boss. I love surprising, thanking, and giving unexpected things to my clients.
